Whenever you have given us your consent to use your personal data, you have the right to request a copy of your personal data that we have collected. We will provide this within 30 days of the request to access data.

 

What sort of personal data do we collect?

 

If you request a quotation we will process contact information and details of the service to be provided. If you request a service from Kindred Dog Training we will require only information and personal data, detailed on our registration form relevant to providing the requested service. If you interact with us through Facebook, Instagram, Twitter or YouTube we will store your social media username to help us respond to your comments, questions or feedback.

When you visit our website we receive, collect and store any information you enter on our website or provide us in any other way. In addition, we collect the Internet protocol (IP) address used to connect your computer to the Internet; login; e-mail address; password; computer and connection information and purchase history. We may use software tools to measure and collect session information, including page response times, length of visits to certain pages, page interaction information, and methods used to browse away from the page. We also collect personally identifiable information (including name, email, communications); payment details (including credit card information), comments, feedback and personal profile.

How do we collect your information?

When you conduct a transaction on our website, as part of the process, we collect personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address. Information is also gathered through cookies as mentioned above. Your personal information will be used for the specific reasons stated above only.

When you message, phone, email, contact us through this website or social media we will collect personal information only to identify you and be able to respond appropriately, answer enquiries, provide quotations for services and provide further customer service.

How your data is stored?

 

We know how much data security matters to all our customers. With this in mind we will treat your data with the utmost care and take all appropriate steps to protect it.

 

Paper based data is stored in a locked cabinet with the keys held separately from the cabinet.

 

Digital access to your personal data is password protected in the cloud based system. Any devices that can access the data is password/pin protected.

Any keys used to access properties are not labelled or linked to personal or identifying information. These are stored in a locked cabinet when not in use.

Our company is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall. 

All direct payment gateways offered by Wix.com and used by our company adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

Why do we collect your data?

 

We collect such Non-personal and Personal Information for the following purposes:
