Recall and Lead Walking dog training classes starting soon in Newtownabbey

February 1, 2019

I'm really excited to be welcoming our students to our upcoming recall and lead walking classes. Dogs that pull on lead and run off can make what should be the best part of our dog's day pretty stressful and not much fun for owners! These classes will address these very common issues and teach you how to engage with and keep your dog's attention around distractions.

Our recall dog training 4 week class is all about teaching your dog how to come back when called and stop running off and chasing things. This starts on Saturday 9th February 10am and is held in Rathfern Community Centre, Newtownabbey. It is suitable for dogs of all breeds, ages and abilities but your dog must be comfortable being around strangers and other dogs. With only 4 dogs in the class you will get lots of individual advice and attention.
